National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS)

Expert support to help you access and manage your NDIS plan.

The National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) is an Australian Government initiative that provides funding and support to people with permanent and significant disabilities. The NDIS helps individuals access the services and support they need to live more independently, participate in their communities, and achieve their goals.

The NDIS takes a lifetime approach, investing in people with disability early to improve their outcomes later in life. It’s designed to give you choice and control over your supports and who provides them. Navigating the NDIS can be complex, but we are here to help.

how WE CAN HELP

Supporting you to help you achieve your NDIS goals.

We are a registered NDIS provider, offering a wide range of in-home support services to help you achieve the goals outlined in your NDIS plan. While we don't manage your NDIS plan itself (i.e., we are not plan managers), we work closely with you, your plan manager (if you have one), and your support coordinator (if applicable) to ensure our services align perfectly with your funding and your individual needs. We do provide support coordination.
